Founded in 2018, NORTH began from a profound yet simple vision:
"I founded NORTH at a special time in my life in 2018. I have always been fortunate to work in areas that bring me both joy and purpose. However, everything has its limits, and I was so passionate about my projects that I burned out! I wish for no one to hit rock bottom, but in my case, it turned out to be a blessing. Forced to, I finally gave myself time. I nurtured myself, my body, and my connections with my family. With a stronger self-image and increased self-confidence, I decided to leave a job I had held for a long time and mostly loved to start my own company. The fear of venturing into the unknown and creating my own income was certainly there, but my belief that I could contribute to others with my strengths was greater than my fears. NORTH is built on my personal values and an honest desire to improve our work environment and community. I sincerely believe that a small effort can make a significant impact, and NORTH's service is based on enhancing the ability of those we work with to better tackle their tasks, help them find their own vision and purpose in work and life, and support them in helping themselves. Our goal is to grow those we work with, as well as ourselves."
