Our approach centers on the individual as a vital component of a well-functioning team. We use a framework called the "Leadership Compass," based on the book "The Four-Fold Way" published in 1993. The Compass helps explore different work styles as tools for self-reflection and leadership development. It features four directions—Warrior (North), Healer (South), Teacher (West), and Visionary (East)—each with its strengths and potential weaknesses. Participants learn to grow in each direction and harness the gifts associated with them. The Leadership Compass encourages deeper understanding of oneself and one's team. Depending on the workshop or course length, we incorporate engaging and enjoyable team-building exercises.
Before starting, we meet with your planning team to discuss your needs and establish the goals and expected outcomes of the presentation, workshop, or course on culture.
